Why should I choose the Annual Service Program?

One of our Missions at Yards By D France is to provide the highest quality stress free experience to our clients. Our most effective way of doing this is with our Annual Service Program. With this program you have one fixed monthly price for all your desired services which are already scheduled for the whole year.

How frequently does my lawn need to be mowed?

Mowing every week is imperative to not only maintain a consistent “always mowed look” but to restrain from stressing the grass when more than 1/3 of the height is cut. In the event the grass is not growing due to heat stress, we will skip mowing the lawn.

How often should my yard be Aerated?

Every fall lawns in our area need to be aerated due to the clay composition of our soil leading to soil compaction. A lawn suffering from soil compaction won’t allow necessary nutrients and water to reach the roots.

Does my yard need to be Fertilized?

Nitrogen, a key ingredient in fertilizer, is the number one nutrient for a green lawn. Lawns liking nitrogen are more susceptible to heat stress and stunted growth. In addition, a lack of nutrients in your lawn will result in a notable lighter shade, often an eye sore.
